FuelBroker.net acts as the intermediary between fuel buyers and sellers. We handle the sourcing, vetting, and coordination so a deal moves cleanly from first contact to delivered product.
1 · Inquiry
You submit your position — buying or selling, the product (EN590, Jet A1, D2, crude), and quantity. Confidential from the first message.
2 · Sourcing
We work our network to locate a credible counterpart for your position, prioritizing direct and short broker chains over long, unreliable ones.
3 · Vetting
Both sides are vetted for legitimacy. We confirm the parties are real and serious before anyone's time is committed.
4 · Documentation
A Soft Corporate Offer (SCO) or Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) is exchanged, along with an NCNDA to keep the deal confidential.
5 · Verification
Proof of Product (POP) and Proof of Funds (POF) are confirmed — often with a dip test at the tank — so both sides know the deal is real.
6 · Agreement
The terms, including commissions, are formalized in the IMFPA and the Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA).
7 · Close
Tank-to-tank transfer is coordinated, the Bill of Lading is issued, final payment clears, and the transaction completes.
